Excellent Experience I went to Tom Ahl to look at used Trucks. My truck did not fit into the garages at my Condo and I was in the Market for a smaller vehicle. I told Amy I went to Tom Ahl to look at used Trucks. My truck did not fit into the garages at my Condo and I was in the Market for a smaller vehicle. I told Amy to get my attention and she did just that! I am now the proud owner of a 2018 GMC Canyon. I am totally satisfied!! Would Recommend with Some Caution. I felt at times during test drive I was being talked down to. New SUV did not come with mats. I asked for them and when I did I was questioned if I wa I felt at times during test drive I was being talked down to. New SUV did not come with mats. I asked for them and when I did I was questioned if I was going to get new custom mats. If so I did not need the mats. I thought that was out of line, I did just agree to buy a card that did not have mats in it and felt I should not have had to explain myself. Really disappointed in that. Also, I received a call later checking in and I told the dealer that I have had some problems with my washer fluid and wipers. That was quickly dismissed and was told to call the service department.
