This is what a true car salesman looks like! I recently purchased our family's 8th vehicle from Tom Ahl and fourth vehicle from Bill Hoffman. The honest and low pressure which Bill displays is why we continue to come back to Tom Ahl and always deal with Bill. I recently emailed Bill and asked about a Dodge Journey. He responded from vacation in Denver and we set up a time the next week. After a three hour morning of looking at on the lot Journeys, I chose one from another dealer and it was delivered two days later. We spent an hour completing paperwork then Bill sat in our new Journey with my wife and I for nearly an hour as he went through any questions, worked with all the technology, and we left knowing that if we had ANY questions at all, he would AWAYS respond with assistance. Tom Ahl has personally helped us with a few issues over the years, and the past four purchases Bill has always taken care of our family. Having four adult children, four spouses, and ten grandchildren (two now driving) we will always give Tom Ahl and Bill Hoffman a chance to meet our needs. Dustin Dye was also very caring and low pressure as he completed the financing process. One of the best explained financing processes we have experienced. I appreciate the dealership listing prices on the vehicles so that customers can "drive the lot" after hours and then we are more prepared to do a face to face shopping review. I do miss the monthly coupons for oil changes and basic service. As loyal and returning customers for over 30 years a break on oil changes and tire rotations is really appreciated. We used to get those in the mail but I don't recall these the past few years. Even a $10.00-15.00 break for basic service gets us over Lima from Bluffton. More

Service personell was great The service Department was courteous and communicated through some snags we had in getting a new key fob programmed. This is my first time for a delay-in the years I have come to Tom Ahl, they normally beat their estimated time out the door. I enjoy coming to Tom Ahl for the friendliness of the Service department and their desire to do things right. More

Amazing from start to finish Andrew Martin, with a little help from Marcus Simpson, worked to make this a great experience. I was really dreading wading through the jungle of cars, but Andrew knew which cars would work for us, and helped us picked out several we could choose from.
