Great experience. June 2019, we went to Tom Ahl to look for a car. We found an amazing vehicle 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. It had low miles, great price, it had all the bells and whistles my husband wanted, and nice wheels (my reason for wanting it). We dealt with sales rep. Andy Martin, very nice guy, not pushy in any way like I'd imagine every sales rep to be. I've already recommended him to people searching for a new/used vehicle. For finance we had Wade Wright, another nice guy, seriously I can't make this up. He set everything out and made it understanding. Oh and recently we dealt with Booms and Mary from the service department. Great experience with both. Along with a future scheduled appointment with Rick Ross (no not THE Rick Ross), everything has been amazing. More

Found the perfect car without looking for it! Randy helped me find the perfect car. I came into the dealership not knowing exactly what i wanted and i ended up finding a fairly expensive impala th Randy helped me find the perfect car. I came into the dealership not knowing exactly what i wanted and i ended up finding a fairly expensive impala that he was gonna try to see how low he could go but as we were checking that out, he mentioned this Cadillac right behind him that was more in my budget and way nicer then the impala and said my mom and i were welcomed to check it out. Randy definitely dedicated at least 5 hours of his shift to helping me find a car! I ended up buying the Cadillac and i couldn’t be happier!!! Very thankful for Randy and also Maggie for running so many numbers for me to get the right rate and monthly payment! Thank you guys!!! More

Warranty service visit For the most part, they did what they said they would do, being that my service contract covered a majority of the expenses. I only can express a sli For the most part, they did what they said they would do, being that my service contract covered a majority of the expenses. I only can express a slight unhappiness about one issue I thought was not resolved, which was with the truck being in cruise control going down the road and seemingly losing power while in cruise, on a flat terrain, and having to rev back up until reaching set speed, it still did this twice on the way home and once again the next day. Also the mechanics left smudge marks all over the front bumper and other areas of the truck were soiled as well. More
