Great Service I had water coming in through my dash and my airbag light was on. Adam said it would take a couple of hours to find the issues. I was out of the deale I had water coming in through my dash and my airbag light was on. Adam said it would take a couple of hours to find the issues. I was out of the dealership in an hour and 45 minutes with the water leak fixed. Found out the airbag was under warranty to my surprise. Great visit and less than $100 bill!!!! Couldn’t even use my coupon which I have no problem with!!!!! More

Loving our new Pacifica We were car shopping but undecided on what we wanted, we test drove a CRV and a Honda Odyssey then went to Tom Ahl to look at an Acadia. We met Scott Trigilio who took the time to find out what we were really wanting from our new vehicle since we were looking at such a wide range of vehicles He had us test drive several different types of vehicles to help us narrow down what mattered to us When we finally decided that the Pacifica had everything that we wanted Scott began the the process of finding the used Pacifica with all of the options that we wanted There were several that he found that for one reason or another didn’t work out But luckily for us, Tom Ahl decided to give everyone employee pricing and Chrysler gave us 0% interest on a new Pacifica Limited so for a really great price we bought a beautiful new Pacifica with all of the Safety tech that I wanted Thanks Scott! Brake Issue I first called the service dept after I arrived at work because on my way to work, my brake pedal went all the way to the floor when I went to stop be I first called the service dept after I arrived at work because on my way to work, my brake pedal went all the way to the floor when I went to stop behind a car and I was afraid I was going to hit him. This happened 3 different times that morning and then all of a sudden the brakes went back to normal. I wanted service to look at it because i was afraid to drive it. I was told that the express was backed up and I should call later that day. In the meantime, I called my husband who in turn called the service dept. and Amanda told him I could bring it right out and they would bring me back to work. So I did that. They then told me, before they brought me back to work, that even if express were to look at it, they would not take anything apart, so it was probably air in the line or something. So........I then told them that it needed an oil change anyway and they usually look at the brakes when they change the oil----that is wht we did and they told me the brakes were fine--pads were in mid range which is good, so I resolved to the fact that there was air in the line. It has not happened again since that morning. More
