We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Bob and couldn’t be happier! He helped me test drive several vehicles that I was looking at to find the one that was the best fit for my family. His knowledge and experience were extremely helpful! I appreciate the level of professionalism with every person I have met at the dealership. They are truly customer focused. I have never felt hurried or pressured, and their prices are outstanding. I also find the fact that every time I have purchased a vehicle there, Tom Ahl himself has taken the time to thank us for our purchase and make sure we were happy with our entire experience. Drive 5 hours...would do it again! Honestly blown away! Took a big chance driving 5 hours to get a used truck that option wise there where not a ton of them on the used car market. The truck was priced right and they gave me a fair offer on my trade. Andrew FaceTimed me, going around the truck and honestly describing its condition. Having had poor dealership experiences in the past I kept expecting to run into some kind of issue, but nope just a straight forward honest dealership full of great people. Truck was clean and waiting for me upon arrival. Deal was done fast, without hassle, and at the price we had agreed. Tom Ahl thanked me for making the drive and my business. He was holding a rag and cleaner...based on the showroom and bathroom, he takes great pride in his dealerships and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Andrew finished the deal with a hand shake and told me if I needed anything to call him, that his job started now. I kind of thought great experience, but yeah right. Well on the way home I realized the used truck had a wheel out of balance. They took care of it with zero issues. They also got me a spare key and missing headrests after the deal was done. I’m thrilled with my experience and won’t hesitate to drive back for my next car. Thank you guys for what I know is not an average car buying experience! I love the truck! More
