2019 Pacifica purchase Traded in a 2017 Pacifica for a 2019. Dealt with Charlie Cypher and Joe Parent in the past and went right to these 2 again. I picked the Pacifica I wa Traded in a 2017 Pacifica for a 2019. Dealt with Charlie Cypher and Joe Parent in the past and went right to these 2 again. I picked the Pacifica I was interested in, gave them my thoughts and they went to work for me. A little bigger price gap than I was hoping for. Worked with Charlie and he got me the information I needed on prorating the wrap extended warranty that I had. Keeping the All state and added the Zeibart in part because of how the 2027’s hood had started to rust. Right away, on 71 miles the check engine light came on. The Service department took it right in. Adam right away plugged in the analyzer and got the error code. Said it was a new one to him. I took it back the next day and Dale took it in. It took about 2 hours but they thought they had the issue resolved. The check engine light came back on that evening at 120 miles and I brought it back in. I called ahead and asked that they keep it until corrected and that I would need a van to drive until fixed. Rental only had small cars so Charlie stepped up and got me a vehicle to drive. After 2 days I started questioning what was happening and said I was losing faith in the van. I suggested finding me a replacement and Charlie got with Vince Downing who called me right away. Vince said they had been working with Chrysler and they had a suggestion on what to check next. He also said that if I was wanting to look at farting a different van he was full on board but give them another couple hours. Did not hear back and called and asked Charlie to pull the plug and start looking. The next morning Vince called me and was happy to report they had found and fixed the issue and that he felt confident all was good. We talked and he is holding the paperwork and if another engine light comes on he will still support getting a new replacement. So far so good after 3 days Frustrating as it was I was pleased with the follow up from Charlie and Vince. A bit disappointed that I had to call at the end of the 1st day to see what the progress was vs being called. I still like my Pacifica. I have 2. Now if they could finally after 2 years figure out why my 2017 on ocasson feels like the transmission is dropping out when accelerating at slow sped all would be good More

Excellent Service I recently purchased a car for my daughter from another small dealership. I bought the car from Goodman’s on Robb. Chuck the owner said he bought the Hyundai Sonata from Tom Ahl. I did my research and he was correct. I thought he was an upstanding guy until I did I verified things with your service department. He stated he put new brakes on the car. Actually he didn’t. So I then took the car back to him. He put front and back brakes on it. I told him that he lied to me. I didn’t appreciate it. I’m not your typical woman. I verify things before I make a major decision. I had your awesome mechanic recheck to see if he put new brakes on the sonata. He did so. Then I ask for your mechanic to do an oil change. I didn’t think he did that either. The also said that the vehicle needed an air filter. I got tha replace also. I just want to take the time out to Thank you Tom Ahl. Also Adam, Dale, Hyundai Mechanic who worked on my daughter car. Marlon for always greeting me with a smile . Thanks for your service and Integrity. That’s why I only bring my cars to you. I on a 2011 Dodge Charger. I bought it from Tom Ahl. Your the only one who service my car now cars.
