Shopping for cars is a lot like going to the dentist...I usually wait until I have to go and it is a very painful experience! Not so with Tom Ahl! Service did a great job with our oil change while we waited for my son to purchase his first car from Randy. I was very impressed with your service dept. and pleasantly surprised with the cost! Your showroom is also beautiful! In my opinion, you have in Tom Ahl unmatched sales and service, atmosphere, and warranties on both new and used vehicles. We drive 140 miles one way to come to Tom Ahl and will continue to do so in the future...although you could open a dealership here in Orrville and I would be a very happy man! More

I have questions on my bill for service that I recently had I recently had my Chrysler town and country in for a oil change. After service was complete they told me that l may have a brake problem. I made a app I recently had my Chrysler town and country in for a oil change. After service was complete they told me that l may have a brake problem. I made a appointment to have my brakes looked at. I brought my van for that appt. I told the service desk that I bought the lifetime max care. They checked on brakes and they told me both front calipers were bad. They said calipers were covered by lifetime max care. Great. They changed calipers ,rotors and brake pads. I asked at desk about can rotors be turned.she told me no. I get a bill for $ 571. I thought that was high for having lifetime max care. She went over bill with me. She knew I was concerned about cost. I left service garage with my van and it ran good on the way home. After I get home I get a better look at bill it says that I requested to replace rotors and brake pads. I said no such thing. I get a call from service dept. She told me they over charged me .the labor for replacing the calipers were also covered under my lifetime max care. She said they send out new bill showing the reduced amount. Great. My question is what else should have been covered by my lifetime max care. It sounds like my calipers ruined my rotors and brake pads I question rather some of additional work and parts should be covered because of faulty calipers. I hope someone will review my bill.
