I know first hand the quality of care that hey not only bring to the vehicles they sell but to their customers as well. My concerns and questions were dealt with great care and respect. When I got to the back end in the finance part even though I had my own finance secured Jeremy was very patient and understanding knowing that I am dealing with Navy Federal Credit Union and waiting for the funds to be sent. As my title stated the overall experience was great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there is always room to improve and you never want to stay stagnant. More

Tech did not have enough time to do his/her job. I scheduled my appointment online. My main concern was to get the transmission serviced. When I checked in with the service manager, Amber, I was told I scheduled my appointment online. My main concern was to get the transmission serviced. When I checked in with the service manager, Amber, I was told me that it would be no problem. I also asked her about the free air filter replacement listed online. She told me that it was included with the oil change. I told her that the air filter needed replaced. A hour and half later Amber told me that the tech was just now getting to my truck and that they would not be able to do the transmission service. I told her that was the main reason that I made the appointment. She told me that the dealership has had a lot of problems with the online scheduling and that it was not hers or the dealership fault. Although I felt that she meant it was not her problem. After leaving I checked the tire pressure and it was wrong I then checked the air filter and it had not been replaced. The next day my low wiper fluid light came one. So I'm 100% certain that vehicle was not inspected. I'm also not 100% certain that oil was even changed. I do know one thing everyone that I talked with about my experience agreed that they would never take there vehicle to your dealership. More
