Dealership was awesome! Chrysler MaxCare is useless Went in to have a burning smell inspected. Came to find out it was the valve cover leaking. It was replaced free (I assume under MaxCare). I was very Went in to have a burning smell inspected. Came to find out it was the valve cover leaking. It was replaced free (I assume under MaxCare). I was very appreciative of that! However they also found my parking brake levers frozen and the parking brake was lightly frozen on. They (Chrysler/MaxCare) refused to cover it. The dealership handled it well and tried to assist when they could (assisted with getting rental and gave prompt updates). $300 later and still fuming over why it wasn't covered under MaxCare, I'm unfortunately turned away from Dodge/Ram vehicles. Nobody had any answers as to why it was not covered no matter who I called or talked to. More

We would happily buy from him and this dealership again in the future. We worked with Dustin Dye on our financing and Dustin was also dedicated to giving us a quality experience as well as the best financing possible. All around great job. To top it off Mr. Ahl stopped multiple times to see if we were being taken care of and seemed genuinely interested in our needs. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that our purchase did take a while and the vehicle we drove over an hour to see had already been sold the day prior. More
