The recall work took about an hour. I waited in the comfortably appointed and rather quiet waiting area. I got some study done (I'm a minister) and actually napped for a little while. It was that comfortable and quiet. When I was called back, I got a full explanation of everything that was done, got all my paperwork, which was all in order, and was able to head home. So -- work was done both competently and courteously. It's a winning combination. More
