Few Bumps Recall work done on my vehicle. No problem with the work done that i know of and I was called and notified vehicle was ready (note probably an hour be Recall work done on my vehicle. Hiccups i experienced, was it took me close to 30-40 minutes to pick up my vehicle. Waited close to 10 minutes to speak to someone at the desk. At first no one was there, and i was only the 2nd person in the line. Once i was waited on, took another 5+ minutes to try and locate my vehicle. THEN it took another 10-15 for my vehicle to show up as the tech either took my vehicle or at least my keys with him to lunch. I understand things happen, but i was not even offered anything for my trouble. What looks like a nice operation, didn't work so well and lacked in customer service. I don't typically service my vehicle here, and this experience didn't make want to change that. More
