2 hour wait for oil change I brought my 2014 Hyundai Veloster in on 3/9/19 for an oil change, I thought Saturdays were for Express oil change (in and out) but I had to wait 2 ho I brought my 2014 Hyundai Veloster in on 3/9/19 for an oil change, I thought Saturdays were for Express oil change (in and out) but I had to wait 2 hours. Very disappointed. My other Issue which I had brought up atleast 2 or 3 other times and nothing was really done because the service department cannot replicate. Is a rattle in the dash on the right side. I recorded the sound and let them listen to it but it did not do it for them on a test drive. So basically I get to listen to it rattle off and on and I have to turn up the radio to atleast 8 to drown it out. My wife and I are honestly thinking of looking for another Hyundai Dealership that may possibly fix the problem. My personal feeling is that if money is not going to be made fixing a problem, it's not going to be fixed. More
