My firs I sure enjoyed my used car buying experience with Scott Trigilio. I had been looking on line and decided on the Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships. My first time there Scott greeted me and show me cars I inquired about. Scott took time to listen to me and to what I wanted without any pressure at Ahl. I did some more reviewing on line to help decide what I wanted. The next time I met with Scott he had called me about a car that had just came in that I may be interested in. After driving it and another car I asked about the Chrysler 200's. Being a GM man I knew little about the Chrysler's, so Scott let me drive one that I picked and I was wowed at the value and how much it offered. Again I left without any pressure from Scott to do more research on the Chrysler 200's. The next time I call Scott to have the car clean so we could do a walk around to see anything that might need improved. Scott had me show Jerry items I wanted improved, I told him to take his time I was in no rush. Jerry did a super job.
