"Patience rewarded" I do not write reviews very often, however, I needed to take a moment and commend Jeff Skelly for the exceptional professionalism and customer service I do not write reviews very often, however, I needed to take a moment and commend Jeff Skelly for the exceptional professionalism and customer service he provided to my wife and I on our search for a 300S. Nearly a year and a half ago I stopped in to Tom Ahl to look at cars and begin evaluating my options for affordable vehicles. At which time I met Jeff, and drove a 300S for the first time. I shared with him I was still saving for a sufficient down payment and when I achieved my desired amount I would be ready to purchase. Jeff patiently kept in touch with me through that duration of time, never pushy or pressuring me, simply informing me of what they had for options in my price range and preference. I imagine Jeff probably questioned through such an extensive period of time whether a sale would ever result, but he was very professional and continued to share options periodically. Last weekend, my wife and I picked our 2016 300S. Jeff was amazing! Very helpful, informative, and personally encouraging to see such a thought out and prepared purchase. I would and will recommend Tom Ahl, and Jeff Skelly specifically, to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle purchase. Their customer service was excellent, their prices very fair and their warranty options outstanding. We are very pleased with our experience as a whole and will not hesitate to see Jeff for our car purchase needs in the future. More

Best Car Buying Experience For Me In 40 Years Located a hard to find, low milage 5.7L V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee on one of the web based car sites. Did my research and found the deal "too good to be true" but wanted to check, just to be sure. Emailed Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships to check on availability and received a call back for them (Rachel Rex) less than 5 min after hitting send on the email. Call with Rachel was a no stress/pressure event where she worked with the fact that I lived 1.5 hr away from the dealership in order to get me a time to view the GC as soon as I could make it up...great lady to work with. When I arrived to look at the GC, Dave Woolf (sales) met us at the door and took the time needed to not only show me the GC and answer all my questions but show me several other comparable vehicles they had that were also newly arrived to the dealership. Time for a test drive on a cold northern Ohio morning. Dave has me pull the GC into the service bay where he personally checks the tire air pressure and fills as needed in order to ensure safety...never had a sales guy go that far before. WOW. So, all checks out and we strike a deal. Dave says that if I can leave the car for another day he will get whom he believes is the dealerships best mechanic to do a once over all systems again the deliver the GC to me (remember, that's a 70 mile/1.5 hr drive). Good choice because the mechanic "doesn't like" the way the brakes handled at 40 MPH and ends up turning all 4 rotors before delivery...no charge. Just really impressed at this point... and GC shows up at my door as promised with the delivery driver taking my trade away...no charge here either...just wonderful service. So you would think that now that I have my Grand Cherokee I'm done with Tom Ahl, right? Nope. I purchased a Ziebart rust/sound proofing and interior protection package at the time of the sale. Two weeks after purchase I show up at Ziebart and the paperwork I signed at Tom Ahl shows the wrong package. One call to Jeremy Addis (Tom Ahl finance) and he clears the whole mess up, reassuring me that while the paperwork was incorrect he'd take care of the situation. He speaks with Ziebart and I'm good to go in 5 min. Other dealerships may have simply let me eat the $500 error but not Jeremy/Tom Ahl. They corrected my error to make sure I received what I paid for despite my apparent lack of attention to details. One last word about both Jeremy and Dave. In dealing with them I really felt like I was talking to family...it was just that great of a no stress/pressure environment...no rush...no question too dumb...no push to upsell. Really felt like I was getting a vehicle from a cousin. BOTTOM LINE: I can sum up my experience with these words: integrity, professionalism, and caring. I really don't think I will buy a vehicle from anyone else ever again. So see the title of this review...go to Tom Ahl for your next vehicle and you'll never look anywhere else ever again. More
