Staff dedication After having our new Vehicle for 3 days it decided it didn't particularly want to keep going anymore. A recent update in our Hyundai was able to find After having our new Vehicle for 3 days it decided it didn't particularly want to keep going anymore. A recent update in our Hyundai was able to find a problem that the company decided ultimately needed a new engine. This is hardly what a new car buyer wants to hear, however, everyone at Ahls was very helpful and regretted the problem happened in the first place. Though it took almost a month to get the car back, it wasn't due to the staff at Ahls. It took 3 weeks for the engine to arrive. They gladly answered all my questions and kept me up to date. At one point even Tom got into the picture and was prepared to trade out the car. They also gave me a loaner for the entire time my car was down. No one could have asked for better service than we got and we are grateful. They didn't cause the problem but they sure did all they could to fix it. Thank you. More

Everyone was nice ! Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly. I had spoken to one of the salesman on the phone but did not know what he looked like. When my daughter, son-in-law, and myself came to see about vans we were approached by a salesman. We spoke for a few minutes before I mentioned I had spoken to Todd by phone prior to arriving. The salesman quickly let Todd know that we were there. This was very impressive to me since both my daughter and me were looking for a van. Todd showed us several vans, we test drove a couple and he had the sales of two vans. Again, very nice staff all the way around. More

Left me hanging I got up in the waiting room and walked around in the show room looking at cars when evidently my name was called, this being at 3:08. At 10 minutes before 4 I went looking for my vehicle and was told they attempted to get ahold of me. Oh well. How about 5 or 10 minutes try again. Peace More
