My wife was waiting on one of our vehicles to be serviced and had her work from the University spread out in the service department waiting area. Tom came through and greeted my wife and offered her the use of his office to do her work while she waited. She declined but came home and said how much she appreciates their friendliness and going the extra mile to help you. Tom has personally assisted us in the past. He always goes out of his way to be personally helpful. Our 2 oldest sons live in Columbus with their family and still come back to Tom Ahl's when it is time to purchase vehicles. More

First oil change after purchasing new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica I was in Lima for some shopping, and noticed my oil needed changing. This was the first oil change since purchasing the vehicle in August 2018. I didn I was in Lima for some shopping, and noticed my oil needed changing. This was the first oil change since purchasing the vehicle in August 2018. I didn't know if I could get an appointment that quick, but decided to try anyway. The service department oil change staff understood my situation, and made room for me so I didn't have to return (round trip to Lima is more than 80 miles!). They checked many things in addition to my oil change, and when completed, told me all about the condition of my vehicle (everything is "great"). I was in and out in less that an hour, and was treated very well by everyone I can in contact with. Overall, a very pleasant experience!! Thank you, Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships!!!
