The most surprising thing was that we didn't have to listen to a "hard sell" pitch. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and made our shopping experience more enjoyable. Rick listened to everything we wanted and fulfilled everything he promised. He took the extra step to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He definitely went above and beyond and took pride in his work. We also met with Scott, the sales manager. Scott was very helpful and friendly in the negotiating process. I wanted the wow! factor. Before I test drove the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, Jeff Skelly (who came in on his day off) showed us all of the features, the stow-n-go and other perks associated with the van. With my son and grandson going with me for the test drive, I pulled out onto Allentown Rd., drove less than a football field length and turned to my son and stated 'this is the one.' I still took it for a 20 minute drive and was even more sure when we returned to the dealership. Jeff was very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. This was the third van that I had interest in. He had told me at one point that "when you leave here (the dealership) with a vehicle, I want you to be happy." And I am VERY HAPPY!! Thanks! More
