Great Experience I drove from the Columbus, Ohio area to test drive a car I found at Tom Ahl on Auto Trader. It was raining but the drive went well. I ended up purchasing, and once off the lot I realized there was a chip in the windshield, as well as some other minor issues. My salesman Charlie Cypher went out of his way to send a driver down to my house with a rental car while they took my vehicle back to work on it. I have never heard of a dealership doing this. They were very gracious with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They also offer a two-month warranty on used vehicles and they are only one of three dealerships to offer a lifetime powertrain warranty in Ohio. I would definitely recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive a ways. They also have a super cute showroom! More

Need to actually check the engine oil. I had the oil changed in my Sonata. today. I never let anyone change the oil in my vehicles, but I had a coupon for $19.95 oil change, and it is cold I had the oil changed in my Sonata. today. I never let anyone change the oil in my vehicles, but I had a coupon for $19.95 oil change, and it is cold out. I checked my oil a few hours later, and it was a quart low and no leaks under the car. I contacted the service dept. to inform them. There is no way that the oil level was checked after the oil change, no matter what the service dept. claimed was done. I will probably never have them do any service on my vehicle again, due to the fact that I can not trust them to even pull the dipstick out and check the oil. As far as buying a vehicle from them goes, I have no regrets. They are easy to deal with and have pretty fair prices on their autos, and stand behind them. More
