Good experience the day of purchase, but zero follow up. I purchased a used vehicle from Matt Ring on a Saturday. They were able to close the deal and have me back on the road within 3 hours. Mr. Ahl introduced himself when I was signing documents. Nice touch on Mr. Ahl's part. The only wrinkle was that after I dropped a fair amount of money at their dealership, I completed a Cars.com survey at Matt's request, drove home and never heard from them again. I waited over 30 days for the memo title. I emailed Josh in the F&I dept. asking when I could expect the title and he never responded. The title did show up via Fed Express. I would suggest a follow up call at the least and a reply to an email. The memo title had a letter from Tom Ahl asking for feedback. A simple follow up call or letter thanking people for their business (not 32 days post sale) would have made it a great experience VS. the "thanks, see you later" approach I experienced. More

I drove 4 hours away and WELL worth it!! I had been looking for a specific grand caravan. I found it at Tom Ahl. Yes we live in eastern Ohio and would have to drive 4 hours to get it!
