The whole experience of purchasing a vehicle from start to finish was great! The salesman (Randy) answered satisfactorily every question I asked. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything that I needed to know before taking the vehicle out on a test drive, and then gave further detailed instructions after purchasing. He even helped me pair two phones to my new car through Bluetooth! He went above and beyond and I appreciate that. The finance agent (Maggie) was just as easy to work with and also answered all questions to my satisfaction. The whole process went very smoothly and there were no snags. I just want to add that the whole reason I went to Tom Ahl's in the first place instead of to a dealership closer to my home is because of a very generous donation that Tom Ahl himself made over 20 years ago. My brother-in-law was tragically killed in an accident, leaving behind a widow and 11 minor children. The story was all over the papers. Mr. Ahl must have read one of the stories, as he recognized that the widow - having 11 minor children - would be in need of a vehicle big enough to transport all of her children in. He donated to the widow a 15-passenger van. Nobody asked him to do this; it was his idea and he wanted to do it. I have never forgotten this generous act of kindness that Mr. Ahl displayed, and my buying my vehicle from him is sort of a way of saying "Thank you" to him. More
