First worked with Weston when my truck was dropped off, truck hood was approved to be painted six weeks ago, was in the computer approved for May 3rd drop off. Received nothing but rude conversation, called May 4th to talk to ownership the girl on phone said they have a someone else I should talk to and his mail box was full. called back she directed me to the service manager, seven days and counting and no return call. Weston called and said they won't fix my truck to come pick it up, I did and I won' be back, terrible service and communication. Say NO to Tom Al.

I see your dealership missed the point altogether, read my feedback again not once did I complain about my truck not being repaired it was all about your poor Quality first service team or a lack of it. I schedule this in March for a drop off date of May 3rd, after going through Chrysler customer care center who referred Tom Al to me. The lady at your service department was nice, she said since I did not purchase it from you she had to get the drop off to do the work on my truck approved, and she did ( not the repair it's self ) I arrived May 3rd and worked with Weston. He was rude from the start, and told me in front of a packed service department of people dropping off there cars quote ( if you did not purchase it from us we are NOT fixing it, also argued that the vin number was to a salvage title because he was reading it incorrectly. After I got upset with the tone and lack of respect he was giving me, he said he would keep my truck, but I would be on a 4 to 6 week waiting list to have it painted once again because I never purchased it for there. Told him I just waited my six weeks, I was in the computer, he just looked at me and said well the girl should have never scheduled it because of where it was purchased from. Next day May 4th I called the dealership to talk with the owner about my disrespect, not my truck being fixed and the young lady on the phone would not contact me with the owner, she connected me with Vincent the general manager who's mail box was FULL. I called right back she said I would need to talk to the service manager and of coarse he was tied up for the second time ( asked to talk to him in person on the May 3rd date but he was to busy then also ) so they pass me to Tyler who said he would take my complaint to the service manager and have him contact me right away. Today is May 19th never received his call, Vincent did call on the 16th of May only after I slammed your dealership with my response. You see fixing my truck is a whole different issue and another story, I had it to TWO different Dodge Ram dealers and there body shop looked at it and both said the hood was a factory defect there is no dents or scratches they painted over rust, plus the local body shop i'm taking it to said the same thing, a 30 year body man, but you took pictures sent them off and someone reviewed them and said no.................. you never wanted my truck there from the start because I never purchased it there just like Weston made very clear. I spent 35 years 3 months and 11 days serving this great country to include two trips to Iraq trust me I know what customer service is all about, you see I was not always local, I have purchased cars and trucks all over the US because that's where my duty station was, then I receive this xx that it was not purchases from you. Trust me in closing, i'm retired now I can buy local but it will never be from Tom Al, and I brought a family friend up there just two weeks ago and she purchased a new Hyundai Santa Cruz from Chris ( Chris was GREAT ) maybe your service department could take some classes from him on how to treat customer's. Thanks to all the social media now days I can share this experience with everyone, and of course my Military brother and sisters will appreciate hearing my story too. VR, Jeff Schetter ,
