Searched all over the USA for a specific Jeep model with color and specs, and Tom Ahl had it. I made an online inquiry and was surprised to have a response from a real person (Jeff) on a Sunday! The pro color and specs, and Tom Ahl had it. I made an online inquiry and was surprised to have a response from a real person (Jeff) on a Sunday! The process was easy and I can’t say enough about how great Jeff is. I had to fly in to pick up the Jeep, so I was offered pickup at the airport (both closest airports were at least an hour away from the dealership.) After several issues with my flights on the day of flying, Jeff personally picked me up and took me to the dealership. Due to the flight issues, we made it to the dealer just as they were closing, but they kept it open for me to complete my purchase! Jeff was through in his vehicle walkthrough and after everything was said and done, it was a perfect experience. Jeff refuses to take any gratitude for picking me up and dealing with my multiple flight issues. I insisted he let me take him out for a bit to eat, which he accepted! We spent some time talking and learning about one another’s hobbies and family life. Talk about a truly real experience! I found out that Jeff did all of this on his day off, how amazing.
