Amazing customer service and communication! My wife and I purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica from Todd Johnson at Tom Ahl on 06/23/20. At 9 am I reached out to Todd about the vehicle and by 3:30 My wife and I purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica from Todd Johnson at Tom Ahl on 06/23/20. At 9 am I reached out to Todd about the vehicle and by 3:30 we were signing papers and driving the vehicle home. We have purchased multiple cars from Todd over the years due to his friendliness, outstanding customer service, and communication throughout the whole process. For example, it has been 24 hours since we drove the vehicle home, and he is still helping me with my questions about some of the high tech functions the vehicle had to offer. Todd was in constant communication to keep my wife and I informed through each step of the purchase. If Todd wasn't available when I called, I always received a return phone call. We also had the pleasure once again to work with Jeremy Addis in financing when we signed the final paperwork. Jeremy gives you an honest answer for any questions you might have. He explained everything in detail which is always appreciated. Lastly, I would like to mention how clean the vehicle was when we drove it home after signing the paperwork.
