After I met with Do I was especially pleased with the Customer Service I received from Pat in Sales, Jorge in Finance, "T" in Parts and Don in Encore. After I met with Don in Encore, he was kind enough to add washer fluid to my car. The Detail Department did a great job on my car. I also appreciated the Service Department taking care of a minor speaker issue when I took my car in for detailing. I greatly appreciated everyone jumping in to help take care of many items while I was there to have my car detailed which saved me time. Visit for 10,000 mile maintenance, recall issues & a detail. Dropped our X5 at Tom Bush Orange Park for service, recall programs and a detail and got a loaner overnight. Unfortunately, the service department has to reset this, so will stop by next time we are over that way. Great people to work with. More
