I was told it was out of 3 year warranty, because it was over mileage. Okay fine, no warranty. I was quoted about $175 for the battery and $60 to install it. Yikes! That's right! Then when I started checking around theirs was the best price, believe it or not. FYI, the battery requires "professional installation," so just anyone can't put it in. So, when I called back to schedule to get it in JUST TO REPLACE THE BATTERY, I was told the soonest would be August 8th. Unbelievable! A week and a half to get a new battery purchased and installed. Can you imagine? I guess I should carry a set of jumper cables around in my back pocket and the car oozing battery acid for 11 days, until they can find the time to get me in for a simple BATTERY REPLACEMENT. Come on. Unfortunately, I am being compelled to go get a $290 replacement (battery & install) from another dealership, who could actually get me in, in less than 24 hours. Oh, and they had the decency to tell me about a coupon that knock the price down closer to this dealership. More

David Greer was truly phenomenal to work with. The terms weren’t favorable at first, but was way better than a bad car deal situation that I was in previously that I desperately needed to get out of. So tha weren’t favorable at first, but was way better than a bad car deal situation that I was in previously that I desperately needed to get out of. So thankful to be in the vehicle that I wanted to be in, plus a lower interest rate while still being able to roll in negative equity from my previous car. Thank you so much for your diligence and support. Hihly recommended! More

Low key, knew the product, good guy - not a pushy salesman at all which is why we went back to him after our first visit. Wife & I made several visits to VW and other makes, before deciding. He was always helpful and the reason we purchased at Tom Bush. Got a good deal on a 2019 close-out Atlas. Only hiccup was when we spoke with finance Brittany. VW advertisement clearly stated 1.9% financing, no conditions except credit rating - no problem so we thought. Brittany started out with 3.9% financing and said VW rate did not apply due to our deal, not because we didn't meet the credit requirement! What? To the dealer's credit, the VW wording in the ad was poorly written. After some discussion, Sales Mgr Jim made things right and overall had a great experience. More

We took it to an auto parts store for a replacement. Unfortunately, the employee hooked it up backwards. The auto parts store apologized to us. They referred us to the VW dealership and informed us that they would pay the full cost of the damages. We were required to sign an agreement that they had fulfilled their obligations in this matter. Seemed fair to us. We were told at the dealership that some kind of electrical panel had been "fried". I'm sorry but I don't recall the name of it. The car was repaired by VW and we picked it up assuming it had been repaired fully. Yet, we began having problems with it electrically. It kept "dying" on me. First the battery needed charging up and then it needed a new battery. Next, the radio was pulling from the battery and was disconnected. The windows also became a culprit, as they too began pulling from the battery. Ok so these electrical problems are apparently hard to resolve for a mechanic, which is understandable. But we had to pay for this stuff. And all these problems started after the battery issue. Well, we were given the quote for repair, with the waiving of the labor but "yikes", another bill! We prayed about this and God put Mike Sciandra on the case. This employee is a Service Advisor at Tom Bush Volkswagen on Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fl. Although, I have not enclosed all the details of this situation, such as being without my car time and time again but you can probably understand that we were loosing hope in the situation. However, Mike took time out of his very busy schedule to not only listen but hear what we had been through after the battery incident. He not only seemed to understand our situation but did something about it to help us. He probably doesn't know it but with his professionalism he saved the company name, at least from our viewpoint. In our eyes Mike is an invaluable employee for VW and we want all to know how we feel about his professionalism, courtesy and integrity. What an EXCEPTIONAL employee to have!! Further, we were also informed that another employee by the name of Dustin Deniston also took part in the repairing process. We would like to give a shout out to him as well. So far we have not had any more issues. Volkswagen, we like these employees! More
