My car was promised to be ready before 4 pm, It ended up being ready after 5pm which caused my husband to be late for work. Not once did I get a reply text back when I text asking for the status. When I arrived, it was so unorganized they didn’t know where my file was and once I paid, Scott forgot to give me back my credit card. Not once was I told a report on my vehicle condition and they failed to give me a copy of the MPI. More
