Hands down the BEST buying experience I've ever had! ! After leaving countless dealerships frustrated and dissapointed and absolutely ready to give up because I had a certain budget I was working with an ! We called this dealership from the parking lot of VW of OP where I had left in tears, and spoke with Mr. Joe Jacobson. Told him my situation and what I was looking for and he ran the numbers for me before I even drove all the way over there. Once getting there he immediately helped us and made it the BEST experience and felt like family by the time we left. He was HONEST up front and a BLAST to do business with because of his awesome personality. Honestly a breath of fresh air after being to 15+ other dealerships. Not only did he get me into better then what I wanted and expected but he got me a great deal on more then what I expected. I will shop with him at Tom Bush for every other future vehicle!!!! Finance guy was also AMAZING and easygoing as well. So thankful and I will be back!! More
