Steve Garcia is the BEST human being to ever buy a car from! I called Tom Bush VOLKSWAGEN looking to trade in my truck for a used Jetta. When I called, Steve Garcia was the sales agent who took my call. I told him what I was looking for, and he told me to give him "fifteen minutes" because he just had an appointment walk in. I was completely cool with that because I was still looking at all the other dealers websites, and I wasn't committed to going down to Tom Bush VOLKSWAGEN at that point in time. Steve called back in a very timely man, and I wished he had taken more time because I was still surveying other dealerships (lol). Steve Garcia was extremely polite, non invasive, and extremely nice. I gave Steve Garcia my number, and he told me he would text me, and to come by when I wanted to. When I got down to the dealership, I walked in during lunch hours, and Steve just grabbed a plate of food before I got there. I told Steve I could wait, until he finished eating, that I was in no rush, and he nicely said "oh no thats ok, let me set this down, and show you that car we spoke about". I found that to be amazing that Steve Garcia would put his lunch aside to help me, and we went on to look at three different VW Jetta's. I have owned 9 cars in the last eleven years, and this is the first dealership I ever went to where the sales person (Steve Garcia) didn't rush me, or make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Steve Garcia actually put me in a better Jetta then what I was looking at, and they gave me above average market value for my trade. I could turn this experience into an essay because of how pleased I am with Steve Garcia, and the staff at Tom Bush VOLKSWAGEN, but I wont, and the bottom line is this. If you want a GREAT sales person, who will not rush you, or make you feel like you're getting a bad deal, but will get you the best deal FOR YOU, then Steve Garcia at Tom Bush VOLKSWAGEN is you man! What's not to like? This will sound inconsistent with buying a car, but I don't like to drive. And this guy Mike made this such a good experience that I drove five hours round trip to get the car yesterday....from him, rather than going to my local dealership for the same price.
