I had to call to find out that the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn’t washed or vaccinated and was returned in its original dirty condition. The mechanic failed to reset the DIC after changing the oil and other fluids. I will be calling tomorrow to find out how to reset those data so I know my oil life. Having the snacks in the waiting area is a generous complement for those awaiting vehicles being serviced. My blood sugar dropped to a dangerous level while I waited. I age two packs of crackers to get it back to normal. It is always an overall good experience coming to Woods Cadillac. I just wished the gauges had been reset on my car. More
