Bad to Good The start of the visit did not start out good but it ended well after we bought the car we were looking for at a price that was better than expected. The start of the visit did not start out good but it ended well after we bought the car we were looking for at a price that was better than expected. When we first entered the establishment we stood at the reception desk unnoticed for about 10 minutes. The blonde working seemed overwhelmed but did not seem to be actually doing anything but staring off into space. Finally we were greeted by a cheerful young lady named Christina who was eager to us, even though she was visibly busy with another family of customers. Christina really went to work for my daughter on the car she wanted, and got us a better deal than she or I expected. It was very impressive to watch her stay so focused and organized while multitasking, it was entertaining in a good way, and made the visit better. Plus she has a cool name!
