But, my story doesn't end there. Later that evening, I had trouble with an oil leak on the vehicle. I called in and reported it. The service department immediately had the truck towed in and looked at. The issue was fixed right away and was taken care of without cost to me. A big thank you to Matt, my service advisor. Jessika stayed in touch throughout the process also until everything was resolved. While it was unfortunate the truck had an issue, I was so impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the issue was resolved.
