We were greeted and assisted by Alicia Smith who assisted my son in finding a perfect fit for his needs and fiances. Alicia was smart, polite, knowledgeable and very personable. She and the Finance Department made sure that my son understood the contract and the importance of how this purchase will affect his financial future. My son and I were very satisfied with our experience. I plan on sending my husband there within the week as he is looking to trade in his SUV. More

I was very excited when I found the car at Tom Gill Chevrolet. We drove an hour in the rain to the dealership. We met our salesman Chris Roderick and he was very helpful and easy to deal with. He answered all of our questions and made the whole experience go so smoothly. Drama free, just the way we like it. We appreciated that very much. Happy with our new car , but We initially spoke with Henry . We came back the next day to purchase the car. We're pressed for time , so I informed Henry ahead of time that we nee We initially spoke with Henry . We came back the next day to purchase the car. We're pressed for time , so I informed Henry ahead of time that we need to be out by a certain time , And yet, when we got there , the car's battery was totally dead. We're out in the lot for a half hour , while waiting for them to charge the battery, and all. Henry apparently was with a client when we arrived at the dealership , so he properly endorsed us to Chris, which is a pretty nice guy. We were clear that we just wanted the car , and Extended Warranty and nothing else. And yet we ended up with a few items in our contract ! The Finance guy , Steve Arnold , said all those add ons (ETCH, KEY CARE, EASY DRIVER CARE,DENT REPAIR) helped in getting a lower Finance Rate , which I totally don't believe to be true ! It says on there "Purchase of this coverage is not required to obtain financing or to register a motor vehicle" !! We had no problem with the Sales people - Henry , and especially Chris Roderick who assisted us with purchasing our car. But we -my husband and I, especially I .. was so displeased that we ended up with $1600 more , than what we should be only paying for. More

excellent service My mother referred Tom gill Chevrolet to us because of the great service they provided her.we were weary to try for a new car because of our poor cred My mother referred Tom gill Chevrolet to us because of the great service they provided her.we were weary to try for a new car because of our poor credit.,but the people (Chris Roderick,Alicia and their finance department were great with getting us a second chance.my wife is now in a new car and I don't have to worry about my family's safety from having an old car with lots of problem s.our new car will be serviced regularly (tires and all) with no cost to us (worry free driving). That goes a long way with us being on fixed income with house and car payment s.we walked in with doubt and walked out with a feeling of utter joy and surprise. I was teary eyed as they drove my Hond My husband traded in my 2007 Honda Accord in on a new 2015 Chevy Sonic in September 2015. I do not like change. I was teary eyed as they drove my Honda away. I am a person that drives a car till it gives up the ghost. I either love my cars or hate them. I also would rather stand naked in a blizzard rather than deal with car salesmen. David Skiles has done everything he can possibly do to help me adjust to our new car. He located an item we had left in our old car and called to let us know he found it. He fixed my i-pod so I could plug it into the car and listen to my music. He drove the car back to the car wash for me. He took care of some paperwork that we had been sent by a third party selling extended warranties. He has provided over the top customer service. He has always been polite and been available when we had any questions. Every car salesman at other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past forgot my name before the ink was dry on the paperwork. I'm liking the car better, hopefully I will come to love it in time.
