I had an appointment made 7-10 days prior for an error message appearing in dashboard advising service appt. Unfortunately due to very bad weather, I could not bring the vehicle till 2 hours after schedul message appearing in dashboard advising service appt. Unfortunately due to very bad weather, I could not bring the vehicle till 2 hours after scheduled appt. The dealership also had few service techs that could not make it to work that day. Svc advisor STEVE ( do not know last name) was very courteous and accomodating and professional - took the car in for evsl however problem could not be address the problem w vehicle that day, and provided me another appt for a week later. He was very courteous to other BMW customers ON THE PHONE, whkle I was waiting for picking up my vehicle. 5 stars to STEVE at Tom Hesser BMW service dept More
