Life Saving Service I originally took my Jeep Compass in for the 100,000 mile service. The engine light had recently came on also. I was checked-in by Larry who explained I originally took my Jeep Compass in for the 100,000 mile service. The engine light had recently came on also. I was checked-in by Larry who explained everything and told me they would run the diagnostics and he would get back with me. Once he called with that information I thought great everything is fine. Then Larry called back. Once the car was up on the rack the mechanic found inside damage to both front tires and loose rocker arms. Larry assured me he could not let the car go with that type of damage. No problem! Fix everything. The mechanic finished everything up and I had the car back the next morning. I would recommend Tom O'Brien for service, customer interaction and fair pricing. More
