Vehicle was picked up at owners residence by Jim Null, owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. Serviced by Pat Ragan on recall items and then checked and foun owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. I dealt with Patrick Scogin to obtain parts to repair my luggage rack. Patrick was very helpful and friendly when ordering parts for me and with working with me on a time to install the parts. It took two hrs for a oil change, due to computer problems. Just felt this was too long to wait for this service. Was late picking up my grandkids.
