Had the car towed in without a specific appointment on a Monday morning. The Service Department worked us in and got us a loaner car until repairs were made. They also fixed an outstanding recall issue whi Monday morning. The Service Department worked us in and got us a loaner car until repairs were made. They also fixed an outstanding recall issue while the warranty repair work was being done, and we bought 4 new tires at the same time. The Service Representative (Alvis Young) communicated with us by phone and e-mail as the worked progressed with a full accounting of costs, so no surprises at the end. All the repairs and service items were completed by end of business on Wednesday, and we picked the car up on Thursday morning. A very good experience More
