The service dept is understaffed, rude to customers and just plain incompetent. I gave them several chances. There is no communication and work I had done was wrong and I had to bring my car back repeatedl just plain incompetent. I gave them several chances. But again this is not communicated until 5:00 when your car is needed to get home. The service manager Jeremy and service employee Colin were rude, untruthful and not helpful. They make it very clear that you are not a valued customer. Beware if you choose to leave your hard earned vehicle with these folks and if you do, prepare to fight to get it back and in the shape you expected. I would go anywhere before going through this again. More

Absolutely horrible customer service. Dealers are dishonest and inattentive. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere to purchase your car. Michael was dishonest about what a "certified pre-owned" means. Do not let them fool you. They only car about the dollars and not their customers. I purchased a car with another Tom Wood group and had a much better experience. This place is awful and keeps getting worse. More

I bought a Ford Focus 2014 in2015. They knew they sold me a lemon. I just didn't know what that look meant to the other salesman until later.
