I have never known a manufacturer who requires balance/alignment of tires after 10m miles and then again at 25m. Additional fees and costs for low mileage maintenance is excessive. Additionally, I was told that the 30,000 mile maintenance will be in excess of $550. Great car, but sadly I won't be dealing with Lexus after the lease expires. More

I interpreted Truck to be a better performer Noticed this evening front left bumper appears to have a opening/crack in it. Carpet under drivers seat is torn. Down at the bottom it asked to say a little more however, it didn't allow me too; Mr. Word was very Professional & nice. Slold me a few Warranty packages on Truck which wasn't easy. Generous as can be... I happen to be located 20-25 mins. away from the Lexus-dealership, and wasn't looking forward to eating the potential-costs of a tow from that distan I happen to be located 20-25 mins. away from the Lexus-dealership, and wasn't looking forward to eating the potential-costs of a tow from that distance, but the recent cold-snap decided to wrap it's icy-grip around my IS, which contributed in part to my need to hopefully, more accurately-troubleshoot my issue, before doing so. I made a call out to the dealership, and was-subsequently put in touch with Victor in Service, who didn't hesitate for a moment in kindly taking time to hear-out out my frustration/concern/situation, and then offer to assist with helping me troubleshoot (as best as possible, given the limits of a phone-convo) just what the issue could have been, and then days later, after eventually having-had the vehicle transported to the dealership for service, both Victor and Travis K., worked to keep me abreast of all the pertinent-details of the situation from my perspective, and were able to have the vehicle repaired, and handed-back to me within a very-condensed timeframe. More
