Poor Service I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY IGNORED ME UPON ARRIVAL AND WASTED MY TIME THEN DIDNT PERFORM SERVICE REQUESTED. I went in for a battery replacement after I called earlier in the day to inquiry about prices. I was told they do free installation. After work, I drove for about 45 minutes to the dealership only to be told I was misinformed. Common sense dictates that when a responsible dealership makes a mistake, that they own up to it and fix it. Not Lexus. It's not a mistake to admit when one is wrong, but to ignore your mistake and claim it's not your problem, that is a mistake. I am very displeased with the Lexus and can't recommend their disjointed service to anyone. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER . More
