Had an appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation. Nearly 50 minutes before anyone spoke to me. After another 45 minutes I got a text message saying they had much other service they recommen rotation. Nearly 50 minutes before anyone spoke to me. After another 45 minutes I got a text message saying they had much other service they recommended, to the tune of over $3000. I had to select on a web page link provided in the text which service I wanted and which I declined. No person ever came to talk with me. I did select one of the options, 2 new tires, but when my service advisor came to get me he indicated they couldn’t provide the service as they didn’t have the tires. I mentioned my displeasure with the amount of time it took but received no apology. I expressed concern that I had to make decisions on a web page and not talk to a person. My advisor said that was they they did it. Again, no apology. I was charged $182 for tire rotation and oil change. Way too much in my opinion. I will never visit this service department again. And this poor service (I have had several bad experiences in the past) will prevent me from buying any vehicle from Tom Wood Lexus. In fact, I am so leery of Tom Wood in general, I will likely not visit Tom Wood Porsche although I was strongly looking at buying a new Porsche’ More
