I needed a diagnostic check on my Lexus. A loaner car was offered but I chose to wait in one of the beautiful lounges. I called on my way back to town to see if I Could get my oil changed. They were able to work me in at 3:30. The timing was just perfect. And that they could get it done while I waited. I was astonished frankly. So imagine my delight when all of the scheduled service was completed even ahead of time. It saved me a trip to the dealership. What is even more meaningful is that I had called only three hours earlier to get my oil changed. They worked me in fir the entirety of my service, pretty darned impressive. More
