We started our serch with Germain Lexus in Columbus Oh. A great dealership we had worked with prior. After research of local dealers we found Tom Wood to be equal to Germain. We have also searched World Wide great dealership we had worked with prior. After research of local dealers we found Tom Wood to be equal to Germain. We chose the Lexus for its high marks in workmanship and Tom Wood for the personality of the dealership with the warm inviting and knowledgeable people from the receptionist to the salesperson and service people. The Sales department was excellent!! Alicia & Doug did a awesome job setting us up with the vehicle we were interested in. The process was fast and efficient.
