Online request for service appointment worked well. Asking follow up questions via text did not get a response. Calling by phone no go. Actual service went well and finished in decent time. I tried to call before regarding special service campaign item on door handle issue, but text and phone calls did not reach anyone. special campaign items require ordering of parts. lexus should have sent parts to all dealers before sending out the notice. i noticed the normal digital welcome screens were inoperative. waiting room had not been configured for social distancing, but I found a spot to sit in in larger conference room area. 2 maintenance items were suggested, fuel injection and a/c treatment but i hadn't noticed any performance issues in those areas. both were around $190 each. first time discretionary items offered.
