Windshield Replacement After an initial call to service and a runaround by the person who was helping me, I hung up called back and left a voicemail for Erin Maglinte. She c After an initial call to service and a runaround by the person who was helping me, I hung up called back and left a voicemail for Erin Maglinte. She called me back, scheduled my regular service to coincide with my windshield repair and calibration and provided me with a loaner while my car was in the shop. The repair work was satisfactory although there were grease fingerprints on my cream interior leather and my car smelled like grease/gas. Erin and the service she provides is always stellar. My interactions with others in the company have always been a bit disappointing. They need to have her teach customer service to the rest of the staff More
