Alicia Crutcher & Lori Moss were wonderful from the beginning to the end. The customer service experience I received was very genuine. The fact that I was buying a used car and not new you wouldn't have known the difference in the service. They both went above and beyond and did everything they could to answer my questions, concerns, and to satisfy my needs. I bought a 2016 Lexus NX200t with the Extended Warranty. You cant beat the Warranty that Lexus offers and the service at Tom Woods. I absolutely love my Lexus and everything about it. Would highly recommend this dealership. If every decide to trade again or buy new will definetly make the trip again because it was well worth it. More

New to the sales position and a retiree wanting to stay busy Tom provided a laid back personal experience. As a person who has been in a sudo sales position and leadership position for 15 years I appreciated him not pushing bye extra too hard. I have bought many vehicles in my life and never felt so at ease during the process. Management was also very accommodating and although they wanted me to use their finance team they understood I had a better offer. This is all about Tom though, he was very nice and very personal and not at all a USED CAR SALESMAN! Thanks Tom for your great service More
