120,000 mile service I was pleased with the service overall. One problem however: I asked for an estimate on tire replacement for the same tires that were on my car but wa I was pleased with the service overall. One problem however: I asked for an estimate on tire replacement for the same tires that were on my car but was given an estimate for a different tire altogether. I didn't recognize the name of the tire (Hankook) and asked if that was the tire on my car and was told "Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what's on your car". Didn't check until I got home and realized that I had Michelins on my car. I sent a message right away requesting an estimate for Michelin tires but never received a reply. More

Seamless experience - professional staff I found the car online. I called and was greeted by Alicia who was super professional. I was in Evansville and my biggest concern was making a decisio I found the car online. I called and was greeted by Alicia who was super professional. I was in Evansville and my biggest concern was making a decision without actually seeing the car in person. Alicia offered to go put her “hands on the car” to assure me of what I was getting. She gave me a full report that made me comfortable - she knew what my concerns were. Next , Alicia turned me over to Lori who took me through the purchase process. Lori got as much information she could over the phone to reduce the time I’d have to spend when I arrived. When I arrived the whole experience from showroom to signing papers was first class. What a pleasant group of people. The dealership manager even popped in to introduce himself and say thanks for buying at Tom Wood. Signing papers was cool and futuristic with the electronic tables used at Tom Wood. Lori explained things to me at each step and made the experience personal and pleasant, something I appreciated after driving 3 hours to make a big purchase. Getting the right vehicle is important, but trusting the seller to take care of you - at purchase and after , even more so. Thanks Alicia and Lori! By the way - thanks for a full tank of gas, fresh oil change and complete detail - it drove like a dream on the way home. Also, thank you for the nice gift. That was very thoughtful and a nice touch for my wife to open when I got home. More
