Upon arrival, I was quickly put in the que. Within less than 20 minutes, my headlight situation was evaluated; the problem resolved & I was back on the road. Great service Brie was the best salesperson I've ever encountered. It was more like hanging with a friend while I was there and prior to my drive up from Louisville Brie was the best salesperson I've ever encountered. It was more like hanging with a friend while I was there and prior to my drive up from Louisville she was so responsive and helpful. She really fought for me to have the best rate and the car I loved. I look forward to returning even though it is a 2 hour drive. More

We are very disappointed at the service we had. We took our vehicle in for a service to fix the light on passenger side for the airbag. They wanted to charge us around eight hundred dollars. Then th We took our vehicle in for a service to fix the light on passenger side for the airbag. They wanted to charge us around eight hundred dollars. Then they said that the part they put on was not the problem. They wanted to put in a whole new seat. For about 2.600 bucks. Our car is only worth about 6 thousand. We asked them to take out the part they put on and they would not. I am sure that no one would just keep playing a game with a customer of just keep trying parts and charging us. We had to pay 4 hundred and sixty dollars for something that didn’t even work. Wow what a terrible service department you have to charge for something you did not fix. More
