They failed to diagnosis a dead alternator saying the problem was the battery. This resulted in my being stranded on the highway a second time when the new battery also failed because of the alternator. problem was the battery. I was able to make a same-day appointment at Tom Wood Nissan in Indianapolis. Ethan Riker was our Service Advisor and kept us informed and about repair findings during the inspection process and repair e Nissan in Indianapolis. A part for our vehicle was not available that day at the dealership, or in the city, so needed to be ordered for next-day delivery. Tom Wood Nissan arranged for us to obtain a rental car; transported us to Sixt Car Rental; and paid for the rental when it was returned. As senior citizens (one with a disability), we really appreciated the stellar customer service. More
