Overall, I believe the dealership is a very clean and respectful dealership. I think the people there seems to be very caring about the job they do. However, there are times when you have to ask a question. And there's always a roundabout way of getting the question, but my feelings are that my sales representative, Daniel was very cooperative, very respectful. It genuinely wanted to support me in our purchase of our new 2026 Nissan Murano i do believe that possibly the information I requested. I should have been able to receive and that is the actual sticker price off the vehicle itself. My feelings were that the front desk people in the dealership was providing me a copy of one but not the actual original sticker tag off the vehicle. This gave me a feeling of\n Misrepresentation of the actual price of the vehicle, which was not necessary cause I would have paid a reasonable price. I used to sell cars myself, you know, AT22OR3000 $3000 profit off a vehicle is not unreasonable, I know they have to eat and I understand that. And that's one of the reasons why I decided to get my financing through my bank. As opposed to the actual dealership, which is what I rather prefer to do, they need to do better and try to really provide the quality of service hand sales , if they expect to get the type of five start rating across the all categories , next , I will be taking my new 2026 Nissan Murano Platinum and for his first service at this dealership, I'm hoping that the dealership service department will prove me. Wrong.It provides exceptional services that I expect out of a dealership selling cars make this experience for my first service visit exemplary so I can tell other friends and people that I talk to every day about Metro Nissan
