Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify how our loaner program operates. While we do maintain an extensive loaner fleet, these vehicles are typically reserved well in advance for scheduled service appointments. Loaners are primarily allocated for warranty repairs and for customers who purchased their vehicle from Tom Wood Subaru, though we do try to offer flexibility when availability allows. Please note that walk‑ins or tow‑ins do not take precedence over existing reservations, even if loaner vehicles are visible on the lot. Those vehicles may already be assigned to incoming customers later that day. We understand that this can be frustrating and may not align with how the situation appeared at the time. However, we want to assure you that our team is always transparent and works within the limits of the resources available to provide the best experience possible. While we recognize we may not be able to accommodate every request, we genuinely strive to serve all of our customers fairly and professionally.
